Testimonials:
I feel really good, the lack of pain is incredible. I had a run a couple of days ago that was borderline emotional. Everything felt nice I couldn’t hear my feet slapping the ground, I could almost feel my hammies on each pull. I ended my run by slowing down to a light trot and was not breathless at all upon finishing the run - George Knight
I did 18 miles on the Downs last weekend with no pain afterwards which is a game changer. I then got a PB in my 5k park run 19.49. I wanted to get a SUB 20 before I left this earth, so big thank you to you Tony Riddle — Neil
I cannot thank you enough @Tony Riddle for such an incredible day and all the knowledge shared!! I loved every moment of the day and thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with everyone - Alexandra Bruner
