Running Hot & Cold
15-16th March 2025

Portland, Dorset, UK

Saturday 6pm - Sunday 5pm

To become a skilled runner, it’s essential to reconnect with running as naturally as possible.  If you lose touch of your innate efficiency, have poor foot function and poor running mechanics, then you’ll no doubt be suffering from overuse and disuse niggles, stiffness and pain.

Over time, the niggles, the stiffness, the pain and the inefficiencies hinder our progress and if not addressed at the cause level - will unfortunately end up contributing to the all ready alarming chronic injury stats.

Join Tony at Sweethill Farm, Dorset to rewild your running style on the wild coastal path.

Testimonials:

  • I feel really good, the lack of pain is incredible. I had a run a couple of days ago that was borderline emotional. Everything felt nice I couldn’t hear my feet slapping the ground, I could almost feel my hammies on each pull. I ended my run by slowing down to a light trot and was not breathless at all upon finishing the run - George Knight

  • I did 18 miles on the Downs last weekend with no pain afterwards which is a game changer. I then got a PB in my 5k park run 19.49. I wanted to get a SUB 20 before I left this earth, so big thank you to you Tony Riddle⁩Neil

  • I cannot thank you enough @⁨Tony Riddle⁩ for such an incredible day and all the knowledge shared!! I loved every moment of the day and thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with everyone - Alexandra Bruner
